Dear EverestNews.com, Thanks a lot for letting us tell our story on your great site EverestNews.com The Everest-Lhotse expedition reached 3950 meter high Pangboche yesterday, 9 April. Everyone was doing well. We had a lovely blessing ceremony, known as a "pooja" this morning at the home of the famous Lama Geshe this morning, up in old Pangboche. Now we are relaxing and acclimatizing and will make the walk up to 4200 meter high Pheriche this afternoon, where we will spend the night. Pheriche is the location of a health clinic for climbers, trekkers, and local people. Everyone in our team seems to be doing extremely well, and all are feeling strong. We have been taking a very slow and careful acclimatization schedule, to ensure our members health and and high-altitude fitness. A big thanks goes out to our Sherpa and leadership team, of which there are more than 20 people. We could not do it without you!
