Sherpa Woman Climbing Workshop: Pictures and more...

It's a big family festival here, so our Sherpa Women's Climbing Workshop students hosted a special celebratory dance for everyone to get together and share stories and memories of our workshop. Here they are dancing with some of the team members from our Ama Dablam and Cho Oyu expedition who are still around Kathmandu enjoying this beautiful city. These sherpa dances are an integral part of the culture here and a way for everyone in the group to participate as equals.

A cold weather, high altitude double boot for extreme conditions The Olympus Mons is the perfect choice for 8000-meter peaks. This super lightweight double boot has a PE thermal insulating inner boot that is coupled with a thermo-reflective outer boot with an integrated gaiter.
