His short story! I was born and
raised on a farm in Nebraska and enjoyed practicing rope tricks. While
attending a trick roping school in Arizona as an adult, I met people that had
performed rope tricks on the Great Wall of China and other cool historical
places. At that time I was planning to climb Mt. McKinley and figured I could
perform a rope trick on the summit. After summiting McKinley, I decided to
attempt a rope trick on each of the Seven Summits, which I completed this July
on Elbrus. I still live in Alaska and work in Prudhoe Bay for BP Alaska as an
Instrument Technician.
The attached pictures are of
me doing rope tricks on McKinley and Aconcagua.
