Having the fortunate of being
born in a country with magnificent snow covered volcanoes, David Liaño began
climbing in Mexico when he was 13 years old. Almost ten years later, and after
several expeditions to South America, he set himself the goal of climbing the
seven summits. He has also climbed Cho-Oyu, the sixth highest mountain in the
world and has done several ascents in the Alps and Bolivia’s Cordillera Real.
David is a member of Club
Alpino Mexicano, one of Mexico’s most important mountaineering associations.
