Newspapers in India are reporting that two "Russian climbers"
heading to Everest were hurt when their vehicle hit a landmine on the Arniko
highway.
Some expeditions were already at Chinese Base camp with
others already in China. Sources in KTM are confirming that two Russians were
hurt. A different bus hitting a landmine resulted in 3 dead and several hurt.
It is unclear if these people reported as climbers where
going to base camp, planning to attempt the mountain, or just tourists.

Update: Reuters News Service is now reporting on the various
landmine bombing in Nepal, as the Maoist strike continues until Tuesday.
Reuters is reporting two "Russians Tourists" were injured. Stating that the 2
Russians were going to Everest Base camp.
