Mt. Everest 2005: Team Honda Everest 2005!

A Japanese team "Team Honda Everest 2005" led by Mr Michihiro Honda (66) departed to Everest Base camp on 23 March. A three members team is permitted to climb Mt. Everest from normal route. During their expedition they will set up camp V near balcony and supposed to attempt the top of the world around mid of May 2005.

A team member Mr Shigeki IMOTO, who have already made a successful attempt from the difficult route North-East ridge in 11 May 1995.

Mr. Ngatemba Sherpa, who made a 10th successful of ascent on Mt Everest is climbing with this team.
