Four women from the Indian
Army team has summited according to reports from the team: Capt Shipra
Mazumdar, Capt Ashwini Pawar, Cadet Tshering Ladol and Trainee Dechin Lhamo
Men: Major S.S. Shekhawat,
Subedar Surjeet Singh, Naib Subedar Jagat Singh, Havildar Topgey Bhutia and
Commando Kaman Singh and 5 sherpas
The
Indian Army women was known as "the girls" on the north side on the mountain.
One summit day one of them was very strong summiting early. As you can see,
the other 3 also summited.
