Earlier update: Dirk just
arrived at the BC and has now moved to his tent. He reports of snowfalls. The
BC is currently about to be established. For the moment he does not tend to
climb up again.
Earlier update: Dirk called me and is now in altitude of
5.000m, Gorac. He plans to walk to the base camp on April 6 and to settle
there long term. He was so amazed to see his luggage actually on the back of a
Yak on the way to the base camp. He hasn't seen his luggage for four weeks and
was really relieved to spot it in between the other expedition members' stuff.
