 Everest 2006 Team No Limits: Team No Limits - Making the final summit push! | |||||

Team No Limits member, Doug
Tumminello, and affiliated climbers - Julie and Will rested in Camp III last
night and will depart for Camp IV in the morning. Their hope is that the
weather will hold - so that they may summit the morning of 5/23. Team No
Limits, affiliated climber, Jeff, is throwing in the towel. Jeff left Camp
II yesterday morning, apparently with home on his mind. In addition, Team No
Limits affiliated climber, MJ Kim, should be back in Base Camp soon. We look
forward to greeting and celebrating with him. Also, coming along is Klaus,
who once again, came very close to a summit - but had to turn around high on
the mountain. Apa and Pasang Temba arrived just before dinner last night,
happy to be back in Base Camp after a windy and difficult summit day - and a
fatiguing descent. Apa's accomplishment has been hailed on radio throughout
Nepal. It was an honor to sit with him and listen to his summit tale last
