Mt. Everest 2005: Rosa Maria Fernandez first to Summit Everest in 2005!!!

We have concluded based on several interviews that Ms. Rosa Maria Fernandez, 43 yrs years young was the frist to summit Everest in 2005! on May 21, 2005, she is back in KTM Rosa Maria Fernandez summited with 2 Sherpas according to the others she was sharing a permit with. Note Rosa normally climbs just with her personal sherpa, but according to those with her she had 2 Sherpas this year.

By all counts is said to be a great lady. He climbs alone with her one trusted Sherpa. Last year she summited Makalu on May 20th. He climbed Dhaulagiri in 2000 but did not summit. She was part of the women Nanga Parbat 2001 expedition. She attempted Everest in 2003. She is very experienced and very strong.
