Guide Team Departs Seattle: Greetings
and welcome to the Alpine Ascents 2005 Mount Everest Expedition Cybercast!
Willi Prittie, Dave Morton and Ellie Henke departed Seattle yesterday along
with over 2 tons of food and equipment for the upcoming journey. They will
meet Vern Tejas, Jose Luis Peralvo and Lakpa Rita Sherpa in Kathmandu. Once
they get settled in Kathmandu this weekend, and the climbers begin to arrive,
regular dispatches will begin early next week.
We want to extend a special thanks to the wonderful Lora Bolding and Marylee
Jameson at United Airlines who helped to make our departure go so smoothly.
Stay tuned.
