You’d expect a tent named after the
Norse God of Thunder to stand up to the worst of
nature’s fury. And while it might not keep you safe from
thunderbolts cast down from Asgard the “Thor” by Marmot
will certainly stand up to most any weather the real
world will throw at you.

Thor provides you with a spacious 38 sq. ft. floor area with
a 10 sq. ft. poled vestibule. It remains lightweight at 8 pounds 6 ounces or
less depending on configuration. The tent fits into an 8 x 20 in. Burrito
stuff sack that also holds, fly, poles and field repair kit, and converts to a
hanging pocket.
It includes an adjustable ventilator flap with zipper and a
window in the fly and features a Knees pole system with 6 dual diameter DAC
FeatherLite SL 9.0mm poles for increased structural integrity and internal
space.
The Thor is a 2-person 4-season tent with plenty of room and
sturdy construction built for Camp 6 on the North face of Everest that has an
MSR of $449.
