Nima Temba Sherpa summited Everest via the standard south east ridge route on May 12th, 1992. Below is Nima Temba Sherpa (right) with Dawa Tashi (left). He is from Rolwaling Boding Dolakha District in Solukhumbu. He is currently a mountain guide. The story of his family is here.
