By three different
notification Government of Pakistan on 27th October, 2005 announced the
following;
A. Government of Pakistan
again announced 50% Peak Fee for all mountains for 2006 summer season.
1. K2 8611m 6000 US
dollars for 7 members 1000 USD for additional member
2. 8001 to 8500m 4500
USD for 7 members 750 USD for additional member.
3. 7501 to 8000m 2000
USD for 7 members 250 USD for additional member.
4. 7001 to 7500m 1250
USD for 7 members 150 USD for additional member.
5. 6001 to 7000m 750
USD for 7 members 100 USD for additional member.
B. 10% Peak Fee for
Mountains in Chitral, Gilgit and Ghizar.
The Mountains situated in
Chitral, Gilgit and Ghizar will be charged 10% peak fee in order to attract
expeditions for utilizing the peaks which are presently unutilized.
C. No Peak Fee for
mountains below 6500m
Government of Pakistan again
announced No Peak fee for all mountains below 6500m for 2006 summer season.

A cold
weather, high altitude double boot for extreme conditions The Olympus
