  Summer 2004 in my view of Pakistan

603 Climbers of 66 Mountaineering Expedition applied to climb in 2004 season 8 of the mountaineering expedition cancelled their plan to visit Pakistan in 2004 whereas 6 mountaineers died in different mountain during climbing.

178 climbers got success on different mountains out of 28 Mountaineering Expeditions those who were successful in 2004 season.

1799 trekkers visited restricted areas of Pakistan during 2004 season, there is no record of trekkers or tourists those who visited in open areas for mountaineering or trekking.

Government of Pakistan earn US dollars 48,57,25.00 from mountaineering and trekking permit fee during 2004 season.

A large number of hunters also visited Pakistan during 2004-2005 winter season to hunt Ibex, Wild boar and other animals as part of Government plan of Trophy Hunting in Northern Areas of Pakistan. Government of Pakistan also earn a respected number of amount from hunting permits.
