
Swiss Trango Tower
Expedition 2006 is expected
to arrive on 1 of July and 3 of July, 2006 with remaining members. The
expedition is plan to do the first free climbing ascent of the route Gran
Diedre Desplomado (6c A4, 1100m, Delale-Schaffter-Fauquet-Piola, 1987) in
the west pillar of Trango Tower - 6257m.
The Expedition consist of three members;
Giovanni Quirici, Franncesco Pellanda and
Christophe Steck.
The expedition is plan for 55 days in
Pakistan, If time allows they will also free climbing the neighboring
Shipton Spire - Women and Chalk route.
