K2 2009: Seven Summit Expedition great pictures of the war room and on the move too

SEVEN SUMMITS CLUB EXPEDITION ON K2. At 15:00 on Almaty time in wardroom tent of the American expedition, all heads and leaders of all commands K2 expeditions (8611 m.) have gathered. Japanese, the Korean with Sherpa Nimgmaj, Americans, the Ecuadorian, the Austrians, Kazahstan and the Russian. Authoritative weather forecast from Insburg from Charlie Gabler has been sounded. The beginning of August will be with a light wind of 50 km/hours, on August, 04th speed of a wind will decrease to 35 km/hour. In the night from 03 for August, 04th 2009 all climbers will consolidate and go on storm together.

So, tomorrow the first climbers will leave Camp 1 and further go to the camps. Some climbers start from Base Camp on Sunday at once in Camp 2, on Monday in Camp 3 and in the night will go to the top.
