 Ukraine Russian Great Trango Tower Expedition 2011


Maryna Kopteva, Lasynska Gnna, Chibitok Galina the ladies Ukraine and Russian team make a new route on Great Trango Tower name it the Parallel Wall. The ladies spent 40 days on the wall which includes 2 days fixing rope, 35 days climbing and 3 days descending down. This new route is from right side of Khvostenko route on the north west wall of the Great Trango Tower. They summit the peak on August 25th and explain the route as 6B (A3, 7A or 7B French system)
