David Hiddleston was a veteran guide from New
Zealand, who EverestNews.com had covered numerous times in the past several
years. He was on Pumori when Rob Hall died in 1996. David along with several
others worked to save lives in 1996 on Everest.
In 2002, he was the asst leader and guide
on Adventure Consultants Everest expedition in which 7
climbers reached the summit. In 1999, he summited
Shishapangma on the Adventure Consultants expedition
with several clients.

"I just feel fortunate to have shared time with him on
Everest. "Hip", will forever give me great memories.
David Hiddleston will be
missed by many.....
