50 % (Fifty Percent) Expedition Royalty Waived for Mt. Cho Oyu (8201)

The Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation pleased to announce 50 % Royalty waived for Mt. Cho Oyu (8201).

As per the decision of His Majesty's Government of Nepal, it is notify to all concerned that fifty percent expedition Royalty amount for Mt. Cho Oyu has been waived on the occasion of Mt. Cho Oyu Golden Jubilee Celebration (2004). It is effective from December 1, 2004 to November 30, 2009 for five years. Now, the royalty amount for seven members expedition team costs US $ 5000 (Five thousand) only.
