Korean team to launch clean up drive on Mt. Dhaulagiri

A team of Korean mountaineers is going to conduct a clean-up campaign on Mt. Dhaulagiri.

The team, which includes 17 Koreans and 30 Nepalese, has left for the Dhaulagiri base camp.

The team plans to collect garbage and trash from base camp of the mountain to 8,167 metres. The Korean climbers have already carried out the same type of campaign in Everest base camp and Mt. Manaslu.

The team is accompanied by doctors from Korea.
