A new Chapter is written today on 27 April, 2005 in the history of Kashmir

A new chapter is written today when two buses left one from Srinagar - Indian Kashmir carry 21 passengers and the other from Muzaffarabad  carry 30 passengers from the families that have been divided.

The bridge at chakoti now called peace bridge never been cross by a human, the line of control, war zone area was heavily bombarded by both Indian and Pakistan army and also heavy mines by both army, turn into hell to this beautiful valley heavenly on earth . Due to ceasefire now it is giving birth to trees and flowers and people to people contacts are now start developing.

The Kashmiri militant groups (in Indian held Kashmir) threatened to turn the buses into human coffins were manage to made a suicide attack on Tourist Center where the passenger were staying just one day before the plane bus departure.

The peoples like me (belong to Ladakh) start thinking when we will be able to visit our love ones in Lah, will the Kargil - Lah road will be open like Srinagar - Muzaffarabad road.

Will the tourists will be able to visit again to more then 50% of mountain region closed due to Siachen War on of the highest battle ground on earth between Indian and Pakistan.

Yet there is a long way to go before we finally think peace is prevailing between India and Pakistan. Both the Nuclear rivals come to a very close call of a third war few years ago.
