Fernando
Gonzalez-Rubio on the Summit K2 |
Update:
A blizzard made all our equipment disappear
Hello Colombia. Sadly the
weather has not been our ally and that is why the summit has not been reached.
When we were doing the second attempt to the summit, we arrived to camp 2
looking for the tents in which our feather suits, crampons and piolets were,
to attack the summit, an avalanche had covered camp two completely and also my
equipment. So that is why I can't continue climbing and I am in the process
of going back to Colombia.
THANKS, THANKS VERY MUCH for
those who believed and supported me, I hope to be soon in Colombia and tell
you a lot more things.
Fernando González Rubio, a
Colombian on the summit of the world.
