The Sherpas of Khumbu

The opening is at 4pm on Sunday, 20 February at the gallery and Lhakpa Norbu Sherpa Ph.D. will inaugurate it.  Hope to see you there. 

The exhibition will run until 5 March. 

The photographs have been taken over the 24 years that I have been closely associated with the Sherpa people in Khumbu and especially during the seven years from 1983-89 that I worked on a Sherpa Cultural Centre at Tengboche.
