Hi Everyone, I am alive and
well back in Katmandu. I reached the summit of Ama Dablam on October 29th at
12:30 PM in great sunny but windy condition. I reached the summit about 10
days earlier than the planned date. Thanks to great weather condition as well
as my body's cooperation. Once I left the Base camp I never returned and
continually went up to Advanced Base Camp, Camp I and Camp II... I skipped
establishing a third camp which is the usual way and went for the summit from
Camp II directly.
On October 29th I left Camp
II along with Nima Sherpa at 2:30 AM and continued up until reaching the
summit at 12:30 PM... The strong wind was the only obstacle but after spending
a full hour on the summit we headed down and reached back at Camp II at 7:30
PM.
The Summit view was
beautiful, and Mt. Everest was towering in the background as it shows in
the attached pictures...
I look forward to see you all
soon and share the slides...
Love, Peace & Harmony
