We received an email from Mr. Artur Hajzer confirming that they set up camp
III on 6800m and fixed ropes up to 7000m. According to information we are
receiving there is heavy snow on the mountain which make it hard to establish
higher camps. The expedition permit is up to July 20, 2010. We are asking for
its extension for ten more days so that the team can make summit attempt.
Earlier Mr. Simon Laterra and Mr. Pawel Michalski join the team with gift of a
swimming poll from me.
All the team members are fine.
Jasmine Tours Gasherbrum expedition led by Mr. Jacek Teler reach base camp
today with members Ciucka Adam, Pius Marcin, Wichlacz Jacek, Partika Andrzej.
Denamiel Alain and Andreu Boussut are leaving tomorrow Skardu for the
Gasherbrum base camp.
Remaining Gasherbrum I and II members Mr. Artur Hajzer, Marcin Kaczkan and
Jerzy Natkanski will join the expedition later after Nanga Parbat.
In other news International Amin Brakk Expedition led by Ms. Kopteva Maryna
with Ms. Iasynska Ganna, Ms. Chibitok Galina, Mr. Danil Zarubin and Ms.
Zlokazova Natalia are attempting Amin Brakk from June 17 to August 14, 2010
are arriving tomorrow on June 17, 2010 in Islamabad.
We have another Spanish Expedition exploring Charkusa Glacier and climbing
different spires are also arriving tomorrow on June 17, 2010 for 45 days with
four members namely Mr. Ruben Calvo Alonso, Javier Palomares Alfonso, Miguel
anta Sancho and Ms. Cecilia Paula Buil Polo.
We will update you on our other expedition viz Polish K2 Broad Peak Expedition
2010, Dutch Trango Tower Expedition 2010 after their arrival in Pakistan.
