Royalty Fee for 2011 summer and winter season

As per recent notification No. 7(11)2009-OP. dated October 5, 2010 Ministry of
Tourism, Government of Pakistan has approved reduction in mountain royalty fee
for the calendar Year 2011as per details given below:
i) Zero royalty fee for peaks up to 6500-M.
ii) 10% royalty fee on mountains situated in Chitral, Gilgit and Ghizar except
on Spantik/Golden Peak.
iii) 05% royalty fee on all peaks during winter season (December - February)
iv) 40% discount on royalty fee on all peaks except as mentioned in (i) and
(ii) above as per following break-up:
1. K2 8611-M 7200 US dollars royalty fee for full team of 7 members and 1200
USD for each additional member.
2. 8001 to 8500 -M 5400 US dollars royalty fee for full team of 7 members and
900 USD for each additional member.
3. 7501 to 8000 -M 2400 US dollars royalty fee for full team of 7 members and
300 USD for each additional member.
4. 7001to 7500 -M 1500 US dollars royalty fee for full team of 7 members and
180 USD for each additional member.
5. 6501 to 7000 -M 900 US dollars royalty fee for full team of 7 members and
120 USD for each additional member.
